When Sam's opened its doors in 2000, there was no iPhone. No app store. No franchise repair chains — the biggest names in the industry today didn't exist yet. There was just a shop on Mexico Road that fixed the phones people brought in, charged a fair price, and did it again the next day.

Twenty-five years later, the devices have changed completely. The shop hasn't. Same street, same family, same approach: diagnose it honestly, fix it properly, stand behind the work. We've repaired the flip phones, the first touchscreens, every generation of iPhone and Galaxy, and now the consoles and laptops your whole household runs on. It's a fair question — a repair is a repair, right? Not quite. Being independent changes how a shop treats you in ways you can feel:

What is Sam's 1-Year Parts & Labor Guarantee?

Simple: every repair we do is covered for one full year — parts and labor both. If a part we installed fails within a year of your repair, bring the device back and we make it right at no charge.

A few honest notes on how it works:

• It covers the part we installed and the work we did — a replacement screen that develops dead pixels, a battery that won't hold charge, a port that fails.
• It doesn't cover new damage — a fresh drop, a swim in the pool, or a different component failing. (We'll still diagnose it honestly and quote you fairly.)
• There's no registration, no fine-print maze. Your receipt is your warranty.
