Why do we publish our prices when nobody else does?

Call around O'Fallon and ask what a screen repair costs. You'll hear "bring it in," "depends," and "we'll need to take a look." That's not because pricing is impossible to state — it's because unpublished prices are flexible prices.

We think that's backwards. You wouldn't buy gas from a station with no sign, and you shouldn't hand over the device that runs your life without knowing what the repair costs. A $99–$249 screen on a phone you already own — with your apps, your photos, your logins intact — beats a $249–$379 official repair and demolishes the cost of replacing the phone. And if your device genuinely isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you that too, for free. A rule of thumb we actually use at the counter: if the phone is under three years old and the repair is less than a third of replacement cost, repair it.

Why is there a range on some repairs?

Because parts genuinely differ. An iPhone 15 screen costs more than an iPhone 11 screen; an OLED costs more than an LCD; a Switch HDMI job and a PS5 HDMI job involve different boards and different labor. Shops that quote one teaser number for "screens from $X" usually make it up on the back end. We'd rather show you the honest range, then confirm your exact price — free, before any work starts, with no obligation. The number we quote is the number you pay.
