• Won't power on at all — often a power or board-level fault we can work around or repair just long enough to pull your data
• Shattered or black screen — the phone works, but you can't see or unlock it; we restore enough function to get everything off

What does phone data recovery cost?

• Data recovery from a dead or broken phone: $150–$200, depending on what it takes to reach your data. You get a firm quote after we evaluate the phone — before any recovery work begins.
• Standard data transfer: $95 — moving your photos, contacts, messages, and files from a working (or barely working) old phone to your new one. Great when the carrier store shrugged and said "it should sync."

What's recoverable — and what honestly isn't
