We've never opened a second location, and that's on purpose. One bench, one team, one address on Mexico Road since 2000 — which means the person who quotes your repair is the person who does it, whether you drove three minutes or twenty-five. What it has exactly one of is an independent shop that's been fixing the county's phones since before smartphones existed. People drive past a lot of signs to get here. Here's what that trip looks like from each direction.

St. Peters — Straight Up Mexico Road, About 10 Minutes

If you're in St. Peters, you don't even need directions — you need to keep driving. Mexico Road runs right through St. Peters and straight to our door in O'Fallon: head west past Mid Rivers, stay on Mexico Road, and we're at 8621, about 10 minutes from most of St. Peters. Plenty of our longest-running customers pass two or three franchise repair counters on that drive, and they keep doing it for the same reasons: a real quote before any work starts, published prices instead of "come in and we'll see," and the same faces behind the counter year after year. Phone repairs typically take about an hour — shorter than a lap around Mid Rivers Mall.

Lake St. Louis — About 15 Minutes via I-64 and Highway K

From Lake St. Louis, take I-64 east, exit at Highway K, head north, and follow K to Mexico Road — we're minutes away, about 15 minutes door to door. Lake St. Louis has retail repair options inside larger stores, but a kiosk inside someone else's store is a very different thing from a shop with its own front door and 25 years on the lease. Wentzville — Worth the Drive Down I-70, About 20 Minutes

Wentzville is growing faster than its repair options. From anywhere near downtown Wentzville or Highway Z, jump on I-70 East, come off at Bryan Road, and you're two minutes from Mexico Road and our shop — about 20 minutes total. Here's why that beats the closer option for a lot of Wentzville folks: repairs done inside a supercenter are only as good as whoever happens to be staffing the counter that shift. At Sam's, the technician is the shop. Pair the errand with anything else you do in O'Fallon or St. Peters — most phone repairs are finished in about an hour, so it's drop off, grab lunch, pick up, done.

St. Charles — Follow Mexico Road West, About 20 Minutes

Here's a piece of local trivia: Mexico Road, the street we've called home since 2000, stretches all the way back toward St. Charles. From St. Charles you can take I-70 west and exit at Bryan Road, or simply ride Mexico Road west through St. Peters until you reach 8621 — about 20 minutes either way. St. Charles has official-brand service options with official-brand pricing; Apple's out-of-warranty screen repairs run $249–$379, while our iPhone 11 LCD replacement is $99. For a twenty-minute drive, plenty of St. Charles residents pocket the difference — and get their phone back the same day instead of booking an appointment days out.

Cottleville — About 10 Minutes via Mid Rivers Mall Drive

Cottleville might be our shortest trip of all: take Mid Rivers Mall Drive north from Highway N, turn west on Mexico Road, and you're at our counter in about 10 minutes. Cottleville's charm is that it's a small town that supports small business — and that's us. We're the kind of shop Cottleville understands: family-owned, one location, no national call center, and open on Sundays (11–4) when you finally have time to deal with the cracked screen you've been thumbing around all week.

Dardenne Prairie — About 10 Minutes via Bryan Road

From Dardenne Prairie, head north on Bryan Road (or take Feise Road over to Bryan), cross under I-70, and Mexico Road is right there — call it 10 minutes from most Dardenne Prairie neighborhoods. Dardenne Prairie has no dedicated repair shop of its own, so everything is a short drive somewhere. If you're going to drive anyway, drive to the shop where the quote is free, the prices are published, and the kid's Switch with Joy-Con drift, the cracked iPad, and your phone's dying battery can all be handled in one stop.
